Sales workflow

A typical sales workflow in Heffl follows this path:

Create a quotation

Build a quote with line items from your product catalog and send it to the client.

Client accepts

The client reviews and accepts the quotation. Track the acceptance with digital signatures.

Generate an invoice

Convert the accepted quotation into an invoice, or create an invoice directly.

Collect payment

Record payments manually, or share a payment link for online collection.
